Surveillance Detection – Not Much Has Changed

From Moro in the late ’70s to Herrhausen in the ’80s, Reso in the ’90s, and more recently, Omar García Harfuch in 2020, there has been a common denominator. In each of these attacks, surveillance detection has played a significant role in the scenario’s outcome.

As we (ISDA) have mentioned, often Surveillance Detection is not a new phenomenon. Other than technology, nothing much has changed.

This old video, circa 1988, by the US Army on Evasive Driving Training, is thirty-two years old and covers Surveillance Detection.

This video is one of the 61 YouTube videos on The International Security Driver Association YouTube channel.
