Surveillance Detection – Not Much Has Changed

From Moro in the late ’70s, to Herrhausen in the ’80s, and Reso in the ’90s, and more recently Omar García Harfuch in 2020, there has been a common denominator. In each of these attacks, surveillance detection has played a significant role in the scenario’s outcome.

As we (ISDA) have mentioned, often, Surveillance Detection is not a new phenomenon. Other than the technology, nothing much has changed.

This old video, circa 1988, by the US Army on Evasive Driving Training, is thirty-two years old and covers Surveillance Detection.

This video is one of the 61 YouTube videos that appear on The International Security Driver Association YouTube channel. The Channel features video playlists that consist of Case studies, Ambushes which feature 23 vehicle attacks, Security Driving, Armored Vehicles, and a sampling of upcoming online learning programs.
