The California AB5 Law and the Gig Economy

There are a substantial number of EP practitioners working in California and the Gig Economy. A California bill (AB5) set to become law is directed at the Uber and Lyft drivers, but it may impact ISDA Members supplying executive protection and secure transportation services in California.
